Connection is a skill – and skills can be learned.
What You'll Learn
Our approach encourages reflection as much as action. You’ll walk away not only with new techniques, but with a deeper understanding of how and why they work. The goal is to leave you with ideas and skills that feel clear, useful, and genuinely meaningful in your life.

This experiential workshop blends Gottman principles with mindfulness and relational insight to help individuals and new couples explore what it means to love with awareness, courage, and authenticity. Whether you’re single, dating, or beginning a new relationship, you’ll learn how to create connection from a place of self-understanding rather than old wounds or fear.
