Healthy relationships are the foundation of healing, growth, and joy.
Our Approach
Healthy relationships are the foundation of healing, growth, and joy. Through our work with couples and individuals, we’ve seen how small, intentional shifts in awareness, communication, and care can create meaningful and lasting change. While 69% of relationship conflict is perpetual, it doesn’t have to be harmful—when approached with the right tools, it can become an opportunity for deeper understanding, emotional safety, and connection.
Our approach focuses on helping people turn toward one another, replace criticism with curiosity, and build small, daily moments of connection that strengthen trust and resilience. Through engaging, guided exercises and practical, research-based tools, participants learn how to navigate conflict with care and leave with skills they can use right away. All offerings are available in person and online, providing flexible, supportive spaces designed to meet the unique needs of each individual and relationship.
Meet Allyson
Allyson Awasthi, LMHC
Allyson supports individuals and couples in healing old patterns and building lasting, intentional relationships. With over a decade of experience, she helps people deepen self-awareness, strengthen trust, and create meaningful connections—believing that insight paired with compassion is where real change happens.
She’s also living proof that doing the inner work can create space for lasting love. Making this work even more meaningful. Her approach is rooted in the belief that growth happens when we slow down, stay curious, and meet ourselves (and each other) with care and grace.
When she’s not facilitating growth and connection, you’ll likely find her cooking something cozy, tackling the next home project with her husband, dissecting reality dating shows, or enjoying long walks with her best friend—because connection matters both personally and professionally.
Allyson is extensively trained in the Gottman Method, having completed Levels One and Two, and is a certified facilitator of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work and Lessons in Love. She is also a trained Bringing Baby Home educator, supporting individuals and couples with research-based tools to strengthen connection, communication, and emotional resilience through every stage of relationship and family life.
Meet Crystal

In her coaching, Crystal creates an open and supportive space that honors each partner’s experience while gently exploring the deeper, often unspoken dynamics that bring couples together.
Outside of her work, she enjoys sharing a good laugh over coffee or spending time at the park with her son and their boxer-mix pup. She is committed to creating warm, grounded spaces where couples can reconnect, grow, and thrive—together.
